Shree Ganesh Jewellers is a family-owned entity operated by Mr. Vinod Kumar and Sachin Soni.
We specialize in handcrafted, custom, and traditional silver jewellery, as well as ceremonial silver items.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing our services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Artisanal Nature: All our silver jewellery is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, finish, or exact weight are natural characteristics of hand-carved silver and ensure each piece is unique.
Custom Orders: For custom designs, precise measurements (e.g., ring sizes, bangle sizes, chain lengths) must be provided by the customer. We are not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided at the time of order placement.
Order Approval: Custom designs will proceed to production only after the design concept, estimated weight, and material specifications are confirmed by the client.
Market Fluctuations: Prices of silver ornaments are calculated based on current market silver rates, weight, purity grade, and labor charges (making charges). Rates are locked in at the time of final order confirmation or advance payment.
Purity Guarantee: We guarantee the authenticity and purity of our silver products as stated during purchase or on the official receipt.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required at the time of product handover or before delivery.
For custom handmade orders, a non-refundable advance deposit may be required before work begins.
Custom & Handmade Items: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke silver jewellery, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once crafting has commenced, unless there is a structural defect or purity mismatch attributable to us.
Standard Stock Items: Ready-made items purchased from our display inventory may be eligible for exchange within a specified period (as mentioned on your invoice), provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and presented with the original receipt.
Buyback & Melting: Old silver exchanges or buybacks are evaluated based on testing, net silver weight, and current market buyback rates at our sole discretion.
Silver naturally tarnishes over time due to exposure to air, moisture, perfumes, and chemicals.
Tarnishing is a natural process and is not considered a manufacturing defect. We provide guidance on proper care and offer cleaning/polishing services upon request.
Original jewellery designs, logo assets, photographs, and promotional content created by Shree Ganesh Jewellers remain the intellectual property of the business.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution of our designs and images without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Shree Ganesh Jewellers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from improper use, negligent handling, or unauthorized third-party alterations of our products.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or relating to our products or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts having authority over our registered business location.
