Because each piece is sculpted by hand with dedication and precision, our refund, return, and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent while respecting the labor and raw material costs involved.

1. Custom & Bespoke Handcrafted Orders

• No Refunds or Cancellations Post-Production: Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized silver jewellery orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned once hand-crafting has commenced.

• Design Approval: Before production begins, design requirements, sizes, and estimated weights are confirmed with you. Changes requested after work has started may incur additional material or labor charges.

• Non-Refundable Advance: Advance deposits paid for custom handmade work are non-refundable once raw silver allocation and artisan work have started.

2. In-Store Ready-Made Inventory

• Exchanges Only: Standard, ready-made items purchased directly from our display counter are non-refundable for cash or digital payout. However, they may be exchanged for another item of equal or higher value within 7 days of purchase.

• Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, un-altered, and in its original, undamaged condition.

  • The original invoice/bill must be presented at the time of exchange.

  • Making charges (labor fees) and government taxes from the original bill are non-refundable during exchanges.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We rigorously inspect every silver ornament before handover. However, in the rare event that you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect or structural defect attributable to us:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product or taking delivery.

• Upon inspection and verification of the defect, we will offer a free repair, replacement, or store credit for the full value of the item.

• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, exposure to harsh chemicals, or natural silver tarnishing over time do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

4. Silver Purity Guarantee & Buyback / Trade-In

• Purity Guarantee: All our silver ornaments carry our strict guarantee of purity as detailed on your official receipt.

• Old Silver Trade-In / Buyback: If you wish to return or exchange your Shree Ganesh Jewellers silver pieces at a later date, we offer a trade-in/buyback based on the current market rate of net pure silver weight, following standard testing procedures. Making charges and taxes paid on the original purchase are not refundable during trade-ins.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In extraordinary circumstances where a monetary refund is officially approved by management:

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (or via direct bank transfer/UPI for cash transactions) within 5 to 7 business days.

• Any non-reimbursable third-party payment gateway or transaction processing fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
