Because our business focuses on handcrafted and bespoke silver ornaments, order cancellations are subject to specific guidelines based on the stage of craftsmanship.

1. Ready-Made / In-Store Inventory Purchases

• Before Billing / Handover: Orders or selections made from our ready-made display stock can be canceled at any point before the physical invoice is generated and payment is completed.

• After Billing / Handover: Once an invoice is generated and the item has been handed over or dispatched, the purchase cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for eligible item exchanges.

2. Custom & Handmade Jewellery Orders

For custom orders, bespoke pieces, or special size alterations, cancellations are handled as follows:

• Cancellation Within 24 Hours (Before Work Begins): You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of placing it, provided our artisans have not begun melted metal allocation, molding, or carving work. In this case, any advance deposit paid will be refunded after deducting minor administrative processing fees, if applicable.

• Cancellation After Crafting Begins: Once hand-crafting, design carving, or raw silver processing has commenced, custom orders cannot be canceled.

• Advance Payments: Advance deposits paid for custom handmade pieces become non-refundable once raw materials are allocated and work starts, as these funds directly cover raw material preparation and non-recoverable artisan labor.

3. Order Modifications & Size Changes

• If you need to modify design specifications, chain lengths, or ring/bangle sizes, you must notify us immediately (preferably within 24 hours of order placement).

• Modifying a design after production has started may require additional making charges or labor costs depending on the extent of changes needed.

4. Cancellation by Shree Ganesh Jewellers

We reserve the right to cancel an order under rare and unexpected circumstances, including:

• Unavailability of specific pure silver stock or specialized components required for your custom design.

• Pricing errors resulting from sudden, extreme market silver rate fluctuations prior to order locking.

• Inability to verify order details or customer authorization.

If an order is canceled by Shree Ganesh Jewellers, any advance payment received will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Refund Process Upon Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved under our policy:

• Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (or via direct UPI/bank transfer for cash deposits).

• Approved refunds are credited within 5 to 7 business days.
