To ensure a smooth shopping experience, our Return Policy outlines the terms for returning, replacing, or adjusting purchases made with us.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature and intrinsic material value of handcrafted silver, we offer item exchanges or store credit rather than cash returns on qualifying purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original, unaltered condition.

• The original purchase bill/invoice must be provided at the time of the return request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless a clear manufacturing defect is present upon delivery:

• Custom & Personalized Jewellery: Bespoke silver pieces, name-engraved items, or custom-sized ornaments created specifically to client specifications.

• Altered or Repaired Items: Jewellery that has been modified, resized, or repaired by a third-party jeweller or person outside our establishment.

• Ceremonial & Pooja Items: Consumable silver articles or specific ritual items once taken out of the store.

3. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items

Every piece crafted by Shree Ganesh Jewellers undergoes strict quality checks. However, if you receive an item with a structural manufacturing defect or error:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• Bring or send the item to our store along with the receipt for verification.

• Upon verification, we will provide a free repair, piece-for-piece replacement, or store credit equal to the full purchase price.

Note: Natural silver tarnishing, normal wear and tear, or accidental bending/damage caused by improper handling after purchase do not qualify as defects.

4. Valuation Breakdown for Returns & Exchanges

When an exchange is processed:

• Net Silver Weight Value: Calculated based on the current market price of silver on the day of exchange.

• Making & Labour Charges: Making charges, polishing fees, and government taxes (GST) from the initial purchase are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward the new exchange item.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Visit our store with the jewellery item and your original physical invoice.

2. Our team will inspect the item for purity, weight, and physical condition.

3. Once approved, you may select an alternative item from our display inventory or receive a store credit note valid for future purchases.
